Film at The Cinema

The Cinema was born out of the collaboration between the M HKA and De Studio, between a contemporary art museum with a film function (the former Cinema Zuid) and a dynamic multidisciplinary cultural house in the heart of the city.
The Cinema is all about artistic and social relevance, quality and diversity. The programme features the best of what cinema has to offer: in addition to masterpieces from film history, we also show the relevant cinema of today, the classics of tomorrow. We do not undertake this quest alone, but together with our many partners, including first and foremost our visitors.
