Parking

Antwerp has different tariff zones. More information about the rate plan in the vicinity of the M HKA can be found here. Street parking is free on Sundays and public holidays.

Underground parking is possible in Q-Park Steendonk (Waalsekaai 60, 2000 Antwerp). You benefit from a favourable parking tariff if you reserve your space in advance. Reserve your parking space here.

Will you be visiting the city centre for several hours? Then it’s often more convenient and cheaper to park your car at a park and ride (P+R) on the outskirts of the city or in one of the public car parks.

Low Emission Zone

Since 1 February 2017, the entire Antwerp city centre + Linkeroever (left bank) are a low-emission zone. Vehicles that emit too much soot and fine dust are no longer allowed to enter the low-emission zone. The M HKA is located in that zone. Check in good time whether your vehicle meets the admission requirements via this deze test.

Compulsory registration: Vehicles with a foreign number plate (except a Dutch one) that meet the admission requirements must be registered once. Registrer your car here.

More information about the low-emission zone can be found on the Smart ways to Antwerp website.
