Every Sunday in July and August, you can join a family tour with your family around the life and work of Nicola L.
Travel through her life and work – from Paris and Ibiza to Brussels and New York. Children from age 6 and their companions discover how Nicola L. connected art with everyday life, the body and ideas about equality and freedom.
Family tour
For Nicola, art was part of life. Her artworks stood in the living room as if they were furniture, or could be ‘worn’ and brought to life through the body.
During this family tour, you explore Nicola’s ideas about equality and freedom together with a guide. You also discover her humour and playfulness, and how her textile artworks are not only there to be looked at, but above all to be experienced.
Crawl into one work together and move as one body with a real shared skin.
