Events at M HKA
Be part of the Art!
Very exceptionally, companies and organisations get the opportunity to organise exclusive activities such as private evening events, receptions, lectures, press conferences, dinners, customer events, product launches or promotional events, combined or not with a guided tour. Of course, this is also possible outside opening hours, so you have M HKA’s exceptional location all for yourself. It’s a unique opportunity to receive your guests, employees, affiliates and (potential) customers in an extraordinary context: hosting an event in a special and prestigious location is a unique experience, to cherish forever. We kindly offer various packages but obviously, individual and specific requests are also more than welcome.
M HKAFE
M HKAFE, with its gorgeous authentic mural by Keith Haring, can be rented for receptions, dinners, brunches, meetings or other activities. There is room for both a walking dinner (150 people) or a seated dinner (80 people). The adjacent terraces with their unique view on Antwerp and the river Scheldt are also accessible.
Auditorium
For your conferences, lectures and the like you are welcome in the auditorium (up to 70 seats), where you’ll also find logistical equipment for all kinds of presentations. The auditorium can also be rented during the museum’s opening hours.
Nocturne
During a nocturnal, the museum rooms are reserved for you and your guests, exclusively. You can compose the programme yourself, by mutual agreement. This can be a dinner, a product presentation, a reception or a promotional event.
Exclusive VIP arrangement in the Panamarenko House – Temporarily closed for renovation
Panamarenko’s workshop-cum-house in the Antwerp Biekorfstraat bears permanent witness to a fascinating artistic adventure that lives on in M HKA’s collection. With a VIP arrangement, you can (re)discover the Panamarenko House from the front row.
