Materials & Media LAB

This creative lab is centred on making. Pupils step into the shoes of an artist: they experiment with all kinds of materials and media, discover new techniques, and explore how art can come into being. The focus is not on a finished result, but on the process of trying, experiencing and imagining. In this way, children learn playfully what it means to be an artist.

Practical information

Process-based work, creativity, media literacy and self-expression take centre stage.

• For pupils from Year 1 to Year 6 of primary school
• A tailored lab is also available for special primary education and pupils with specific needs
• Duration: 2,5 hours
• Max. 15 pupils per workshop facilitator
• €8 per person
• Available from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00
