Muhka Management Team

The management team is responsible for the daily management of Muhka and acts as the link between the museum’s long-term vision and everyday practice.

It brings the directorate and departmental leads together around shared priorities. It monitors the progress of action points, coordinates across different domains, and ensures that decisions are translated clearly and feasibly into the organisation’s work. The focus is not only on planning and follow-up, but also on supporting teams, allocating capacity and strengthening internal communication.

At a time when the museum is working on a renewed organisation, the management team plays a central role in translating strategic choices into concrete actions.
